Custom-made mats vs pre-made mats

We handmake each Snuffle Mat. The pre-made mats are available online when in stock and are shipped within two business days.

The current wait time for a made-to-order Snuffle Mat is up to 6 business days (this does not include shipping time). If we don't have the requested fabrics in stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Custom sizes

We love a good challenge and we can make snuffle mats in any size, from XXS to XXL. If you have specific measurements in mind, send us an email and we'll prepare a quote.

Shipping & Delivery

We use Aramex Courier service. We will email you tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We ship within New Zealand only. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Return and Refund Policy

If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we can discuss further. If you have ordered the wrong size or color, we are happy to swap the product. There will be a shipping charge on the replacement order.

Because Snuffle Mats cannot be reused we do not offer returns or refunds once they've been used.
